These Ritz Choco Cookies are no-bake and take minutes to make. Here’s the how-to:
INGREDIENTS:
12 Ritz crackers, low sodium
1 cup chocolate chips (your choice of dark, milk, or white chocolate)
1/2 cup peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Lay out a single layer of crackers on a plate
- Spread the peanut butter on each
- Top off with a whole cracker
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour
- In a microwave or double boiler (preferred) melt your chocolate
- Dip each cookie until covered
- Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Leave in the refrigerator for an hour, until set
