Ritz Choco Cookies

Asking the tough questions: is there a better combo than chocolate, peanut butter, and layers of crunch?

These Ritz Choco Cookies are no-bake and take minutes to make. Here’s the how-to:⁠

12 Ritz crackers, low sodium⁠
1 cup chocolate chips (your choice of dark, milk, or white chocolate)⁠
1/2 cup peanut butter⁠

⁠1. Lay out a single layer of crackers on a plate⁠

  1. Spread the peanut butter on each⁠
  2. Top off with a whole cracker⁠
  3. Place in the freezer for 1 hour⁠
  4. In a microwave or double boiler (preferred) melt your chocolate⁠
  5. Dip each cookie until covered⁠
  6. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet⁠
  7. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour, until set⁠
