This recipe was inspired by How Sweet It Is, but was adapted and made from scratch with PoshDish twists.

Ingredients

4 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp honey

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts

2 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup of Natue’s Path Organic Chia, Buckwheat, and Hemp cereal mix (if you can’t find it in your grocery store, buy the ingredients separately using about 1 tbsp of each)

1 tsp rum essence

Instructions:

1. Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for about 35 seconds, then stir in the honey along with the rum essence.

2. Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the peanut butter-honey concoction.

3. Stir with a spoon until the ingredients stick. Then, form them into spheres with your hands. You should have about 8 medium sized ones with this amount of ingredients.

4. Pop them in the fridge (or freezer for those who are impatient like me!) until chilled.
